I saw this.
Glad it is actually happening.. But it also going to be such a let down not being a really great buy on Jarvan IV anymore. Though I guess it still has it's uses on him..

Blade of the Ruined King was added to remove the health stacking meta and finally start to go back to the whole idea of situation type items rather than just going for what everyone else is building which was health.
I never said it was bad.
It just isn't going to be riciulously overpowered any more :3

This was a nerf yes, but it simply reverted League of BORK to League of Legends without making it League of HP-stacking again.

Personally it seems as though it has been designed as a counter item to the current hp stacking meta, but from the looks of it several struggling champions are going to start shreading.
Shyvana, Udyr, Jax, Irelia, etc. are going to HUGELY benefit from the new changes.
I have already seen a Udyr solo top single handly 3v1 with some tanky items and Blade of the Ruined King and I also tried it out on Jax, it is what these champions needed to be back in the meta.
But is it too strong? It seems to have too much potential to be the meta changing item.
Also, what do you think of it on Jarvan IV? I am going to try it out later tonight but am interested to hear some opnions on it first.
