Again, thanks all for your feedback. Let me save you (and myself) some grief and say that this build is not the best build - sure if you are doing well in early/mid game and you can afford to build a Zephyr or Ravenous Hydra then yes, it is quite an op build.

And just last game, I jumped into the middle of an Orianna ult and did empowered Savagery and it shredded the team to half health. So, I do say that it is a legitimate build.

BUT, it's not the optimal build. I have to say, I tried
And it is THE BETTER BUILD - I will keep this build up there for a few more days and if people increasinly think it's not viable, then yeah I will take it down.

BTW, I am planning a revision of it in the next few days.

Sorry you got downvoted so badly. The community here seems to believe that things should only exit in a certain way, and anything else outside of that is automatically false. If it was, the top guide for every champion should be highlighted in green and every other guide just removed from this site after a while.

I was intrigued by your masteries and item choice. But the fact that you explain everything, justify your decisions and stick to your guns means something to me. I have my own Rengar guide and we have VERY different opinions on him.

As a build, I'd say you're way off. But maybe it works for you. As a guide, however, I see the effort and the logic behind the choices. So here's an upvote.

Others have already told you why your build is all wrong. That coupled with really bad runes (attack speed reds) and masteries (why the hell are you going 21 in utility?) earns you a downvote from me.

Hint: there is one legit attack speed item for Rengar. It is not Zephyr.

I would like to say the following about my guide. It is 'A' guide. NOT 'THE' guide.

• I say Rengar is an AD Caster but truth be told his Savagery is the only AD Cast you will make in a combo. I just want to reinforce the point about his empowered savagery combo deals a lot of damage! And thats all - youll find that 15~20% is Savagery (I had a friend look at dmg report) and the AS steroid deals the rest (autoattacks)

• This leads on well to why Zephyr is necessary! It negates the need for Mercury's Treads and allows you to focus on building AS and Lifesteal. Like I said above - the brunt of damage comes from empowered Savagery - It's the autoattacks following the ability that deal the extra damage - so why would not stack AS?
  Moreover, he benefits from the 10% increased movespeed as well!

  I DO believe that Rengar is the exception, which is why I made the quide! The entire build is based around the premise that CDR on Rengar make him a better push and assasin.
  He requires CDR masteries in the offense and utility tree - and the others are all less important - Standard bruiser builds dont apply to him as he is NOT A BRUISER
  I have built him as a bruiser and I often find him struggling to return the damage in bruiser context.

I hope I have addressed the concerns you raised with my build - I also suggest you to try it out in a bot game to verify my mechanics.....

I am still working on it - I discovered this build by accident and it was really effective mid/late game - especially if you have Teleport and Bloodthirster/ Ravenous Hydra - you can split push, and either ult away or teleport to a fight

It's a working progress - I just wanted to make a guide to organise my own thoughts - if you know what I mean! If I find that it becomes unviable (I will start playing him in ranked to see how he does), by all means I will take it down.

Attack speed isn't the best thing ever for Rengar, but if that was the only point of improvement, you might've gotten away with it :P

Your guide has a strange structure, minimal content and minimal style.

Try to bring a clear structure in the text, try to add more information + explanation and add more pictures, colours and stuff to make it a more attractive read.

You already have been punished to 35%, I will not punish you further, but you will need to work on your guide if you want to get higher.

Irelia is the champ that can have like 70% cc reduction.

This whole build is kinda wrong. Stinger is not a good item for rengar. It's an item for champs that really benefit from attackspeed. Rengar doesn't. Building attackspeed on Renekton is like the same thing.
Ravenous Hydra is a strange choice as well. Your job is to snipe a carry. You don't need aoe damage for that. You just need to be tanky and able to snipe the carry.

Cons is in green. cuz **** logic.

If you built him like you should. (more AD-caster like. less Autoattack heavy.) It doesn't.

This isn't right on many levels and i suggest you archive it and try something else.
