if there are multiple offences of the same player in the same inhouse, at least the heaviest corresponding penalty for one instance should be applied.
In my opinion, a player with two equal major offences in the same game/inhouse should be banned.

Let's continue it in the Point List thread.
As I said, the two and three points were given by Shuru, who I assume was hosting? Or was he informed of what happened by you and did he make his own mind up based on that?
I don't mind discussing this, but as I said, we trust our Referees to be able to assess the situation correctly. If you guys feel something went wrong, I'm going to need a bit more information on what went down, especially as it's hard for me to judge as a complete outsider.
How many points do the players deserve according to you and why (I know you've answered this Barb, this is more directed at Mooninites)? --> Edit: I didnt see he already explained his thoughts on this, nvm this question then.
More importantly, If the players were trolling heavily in game 1, why were they still allowed to play in game 2? Were they warned during the inhouses or only afterwards after repeating the same mistakes multiple times (Shuru mentioned in the Ref forums that he talked to them afterwards, but did anyone else do the same)? For example, when MrMukwubstep unpaused the first time, was he told not to do it again by the actual host and did he do it again after that despite the warning?
If you guys could clarify this for me (either in the other thread or by PMing me), I'll take a look at it and adjust the points given if necessary. I - in Mowen's absence - have the final say on this.
(please continue this discussion in the other thread. Any posts about it here will be removed.)
BarbJ got it right. I think each offense should be a separate warranting of a point or points. It was two different circumstances in which they trolled and intentionally fed. The two could possibly be interconnected but I'll explain why I don't think they should. In game 1, MrMukwubstep specifically trolled but did not intentionally feed. In game two they were interconnected, there was both trolling and intentional feeding. I wasn't in game 2 nor in vent, but as an observer ( i actually watched the game) I felt like they were purposely feeding in an attempt to ruin the game. Perhaps the communication in vent would say otherwise. But from my observation MrMukwubstep deserves 3 points for trolling game 1, and a total of 6 points for both trolling and intentionally feeding giving him 9 between two games (as far as the unpause I think thats up to people in game).
PureXXXEnergy I feel deserves 6 points, 3 for intentional feeding and 3 for trolling.
However, the reason I think they deserve to be permanently banned is their track record. To get 6 and 9/10 points in the matter of 1-2 games is ridiculous. I went back through the months of may and april and there is only 1 game in which MrMukwubstep goes positive; every single other game his deaths far exceed his kills or assists. Now this may be an issue of him just being less skilled, but given what I've seen, he just comes to troll in an attempt to ruin the game and has been for the past 2 months.

Thanks for the Signature MissMaw!
in MrMukwubsteps defense im gonna say in the few inhouses i played with him he never attempted to troll, he did however play very poorly but tried to listen to advice so its not a long running attempt to troll and ruin games, at least not in the few games ive played with him in them

Thanks to TheNamelessBard for the signature
No one can get six points for one game, ruining a game gives a total of 3 points which is an automatic one week ban. Just want to clarify that.
MrMukWubstep has been given three more points for trolling in game 1. Though he could be given more points for game 2, he should not have been allowed to play in that at all to begin with. It's not his fault that he did.
PuReXxXEnErGy has also been given a total of five points, three he already had for trolling in the game he played (game 2) and two more for refusing to switch after being asked to several times ("ignoring host").
I'm sorry for the delay on this decision, had a lot of input from several sources to look at.
Edit: A permaban is not in order for MrMukWubstep. He has been an inhouse regular and although some scores may not have been the best, I haven't heard anything about any further trolling - only the opposite, in fact.

1 point from July 13, and 1 from July 20. The point list is currently showing an incorrect date for "date last point earned."
In each case you were very negative. Despite asking several times for you to stop being so negative and asking you tone it down, you continued to be very condescending and rude to your teammates. If a player says they don't want to play inhouses anymore because another player is being so rude, there something serious going on.
