Who's you're favorite under rated champion?

[/quote] Xin's E is AoE though, he can hit and slow someone by using it on a minion. And while her Q does out-range Xin's E, it has a cast time. Xin's E does not. Obviously I've never seen the match-up, but it seems in favour of Xin tbh.[/quote]
