As for under-rated you mean champions that people doesn't care to pick anymore or champions you see once in a full moon? If so, probably Corky, Twitch, Gragas, Diana, Yorick (never seen him in game), Karma and/or Nautilus. Might be wrong on some of them but I rarely see them in normal (but then I'm not even level 30).

Me+Syndra+Mid=Death for the other mid :) Plus she is super fun to play

Plus no one really plays Cass right and they say she is weak.. not true at all, I top Cass and she brings a Darius down like he were a ball cotton candy. You just have to know how to survive and still control the lane.

Karma... is like never played but she is a great support and can do tons of damage. People tell me not to play her all the time and call me a troll for picking her yet in game they change their minds pretty quickly.
