Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

I lol'ed hard once when someone banned Rengar... because apparently in the last game a Rengar on the enemy team ganked him 9000+ times and snowballed hard, and 1v5'ed his whole team. LOL

This ^.. but I don't see Morgana or Karthus get banned anymore. Yeah, so many Garen bans though it's not even funny. The picks are even funnier sometimes. I've seen Jax and Vi going ADC, Thresh top and Mordekaiser as support along with whatever else I can't remember at this point.

Oh and to elaborate on recent conversation, I have yet to see a Twisted Fate ban in Bronze Ranked play.
