Onlything really wrong about them is the scaling Mres over flat. I think you're getting a little too nitpicky Lagger. :p

Why? He already chucks your health every other auto attack.

I would strongly suggest 1 Greater Mark of Critical Chance on Draven.

Runes: They're...okay.
Masteries: Good, but the points in Butcher aren't needed at all. Your damage early game is sufficiently high enough that last-hitting should be no problem. Lethality and Frenzy are a LOT more effective on Draven. Also, the point in Summoner's Wrath is not needed on Draven, especially since many supports get this alongside Exhaust nowadays.
Skill Sequence: Perfect.
Item Build: Double Doran's Blades, hell, even single Doran's, is situational. Same with Sword of the Divine. Also, remove Thornmail and Runic Bulwark. Now.

Guide: Very unorganized, VERY short. Seriously, this is less of a guide and more a pamphlet. The largest amounts of text that you have are superfluous, especially the stupid lore.
