There is some kind of formula working for the guide ranking system.
If you know the amount of % you have and the amount of votes, I think you can calculate it.

First votes worth 6% and every new vote worths less and less. Used to know the formula a bit, forgot meanwhile.
Getting:
1st vote (up) -> 56%
1st vote (down) -> 44%
If you have a perfect rate up until now let's say 68% (i think 5 upvotes) and you get your first downvote would make it fall to 62% but after each downvote will be less impacting, on the other hand upvotes already have less impact so harder to come back.

Ok, lets try again: Yesterday, when i went on my guide i saw votes 185/198, so thats 185 positive vs 13 negative.
Today, i just see 199 votes. I noticed that some1 voted, but i didnt notice if it was an up-or downvote. Looks like mobafire changed a bit around. Or is there a page i can see my former xx/yy votes?
