A good idea and I do like Runaans Hurricane but on most ADCs I use Statikk Shiv

Well, my idea (that i treid) was just aoe slowing atacks (works on kennen passive, stun after stun), that heal you and trigger BotRK. I Though really the same as you, but in some situations, that item is really good !

I started using it with a frozen mallet on MF when it first came out and I do still use it as a situational combo.

On kog it's nice becouse it triggers his %hp dmg on all targets!
