I'm pretty sure it lets you 100 - 0 better than just straight AD builds.
There's an active that chunks for 15% of their max health, and you get attack speed which essentially scales off 100% of your total AD.

Turtling 2stronk.
Game was going in their favor, but then we realized they had no engage so we just repeatedly seiged turrets and used disengages to get their inhibs over...and over...and over...and over...........................
Turning point was when we decided to let them have baron in exchange for 3 turrets and 2 inhibs. That pretty much meant we won.
Pre-game I was supposed to switch with Xin, but it bugged or something so I was stuck with Kha.
I don't actually know if it's good or not, I'm just saying it can't be horrible. When you take into account how much damage BotRK's active does, repeating half that damage along with half the damage of your autos, including your botrk passive, it sounds pretty good.
