Watched the first episoe of the Giant thingy Anime, while i dont find the 'Setting' to be outraegous good in any way the background interests me though...where did the giants come from, are they inteligent?(that one Giant just grinning like a psycho at the drunken guy which took the mainchar and his sister...oh yeah and the mother with her broken legs who could move em pretty nicely after she got grabbed...*sigh*) why is that one Giant like a Giant Giant compared to the other Giants, n stuff like that :c

Anyways i watched Shinsekai Yori for a second time, thats my second Anime i watched twice(the other being Requiem for a Phantom) and i wouldnt bother watching it a third time if its for the sake of watching it with a friend

A quick question, at the very end of Phantom: Requiem of the phantom, what do you think happened? I just wanna know if you thought the same thing as me :P

Right now I'm watching season 2 of Darker Than Black, it's like a totally different arc, only Yin is holding both seasons together. I've watched the ovas too and I'm happy I got to see more Yin :D

Next it's Nichijou on the watch list, made up my mind.

Edit: Speaking of which, I've just noticed the slight resemblance between Phantom and DTB, I mean both Zwei and Hei are top tier assassins who don't want to give up on the girl they love.

Edit 2: Darker Than Black season 1 has one of the best soundtracks in my opinion.

Just call it Attack on Titan for an English title.
So far (10 volumes into the manga) we don't know anything about their origin, but lots of info is revealed and in a very intelligent manner. Things like the "3D-manouver gear" is explained along with the physiology of the titans and much more, but that's just the manga, I don't know how much of that they'll be doing with the anime.

Most importantly though I've found a lot of really, really cool foreshadowing. There are several big things that possibly could be predicted if you pay close attention to details in the story. I personally saw one of the 3 biggest plot twists so far coming, so it's not exactly obvious, you need to pay attention and think.
I've possibly also found a piece of foreshadowing for the origin of the Titans, but that's not something I can confirm yet.

One piece of foreshadowing is from a "side-story" (chapter 9.5) and will be in an OVA for the anime. I suggest you try to watch that around episode 10 of the anime.

No. There are 3(or 4) big plot twists that I can think of so far. 1 of them only had one or two instances of foreshadowing, but the other 2 have like at least 5 instances each.
I'm re-reading it right now and since I know what will happen I notice soo many instances where it's hinted at. It kinda blew my mind. All these very tiny hints that I never noticed the first time I read it.
It's soooo amazing, I love Shingeki no Kyojin.

Railgun S ep 1 just aired. Looks like it could be a plot-based season instead of being fanservice-based like the first one.

Okay, I've just finished watching Darker Than Black S2: Ryuusei no Gemini.

3 words: What the f*ck ._.

The last time I was this mindf*cked is when I watched the ending of Neon Genesis Evangelion: The End of Evas.

I'm so confused right now, I understood most of what happened yet they still left too many questions unanswered, without releasing any sequels... and the ovas only filled the gap between both seasons.

Meh, time for Nichijou, hoping it'll make me stop trying to figure out what the f*ck I just watched lol.
