A discovery

I thought Lagger's hobby was just downvoting without giving much constructive criticism. @Satella The issue is that guides that are highly rated barely ever go down. Several ways of trying to address this have been discussed (such as vote decay), but as far as I know none have shown to really solve the issue.[/quote]
