If you aren't tanky enough, you won't get far ulting into the middle of the enemy team.

It kind of bothers me how you mispell Offensive and Defensive. Not sure if that was intentional, but you might want to correct it.

When ganking, save Duskbringer until they try to escape. If you engage with it, and they Flash away, then you have no way to catch them. Not that this is terrible, but it turns what could have been an easy kill into a simple facecheck, forcing them to burn a spell, but surviving.

Paranoia's duration is very short, so you probably won't have enough time to cast other spells in the 4-second time frame.

Item names without capital letters, the ability explanation is really weird to read with the PASSIV.UMBRA BLADES Q.DUSKBRINGER and stuff. Instead, use the same structure for all titles:
P: Umbra Blades Q: Duskbringer, or something like that.
Masteries have a double title, which looks stupid.

Use the same coding for runes as you did for masteries, for a more clear overview.

Start your sentences with capital letters please. found a lot of sentences like these in summoner spell section. annoying is it not?
"I use these runes to be stronger in the jungle early game, attackspeed is realy strong with nocturne and some armor makes you sustain better, do also get magic resist per level glyph to survive better to their midlaner." I thought you had 2 builds in your cheatsheet. Explain for the other build aswell.
"-Because... Do I really need to explain it ?" Yes, you do. Doesn't have to be complicated explanation.
"-Because I focus on early/midgame, what do you get from Unspeakable Horror at rank 5 ? 2 second fear instead on 1 second at lvl 1. What do I get from Shroud of Darkness at rank 5? 40% attack speed bonnus as passiv wich can be doubled to 80% bonnus instead of 20>40% bonnus at rank 1."
20% more attack speed means that with 2.000 AS you will get 2.000*1,2 = 2.400 AS
1 sec more fear means with 2.000 AS you will deal 2 more attacks for free within that 1 second.
Besides the fear will help you with ganking much and much more than the anti-spell effect + AS, definately worth to take fear before W as jungler. Probably also as laner.
