You should have some MR Runes on ahri, otherwise the only magic resist you get won't be until early-mid game, and no early MR means you can't trade very well in fights, especially against an aggressive mid.
Some of the item choices are a bit odd, like
I like to play my mages with 21-0-9 masteries, to get the mana regen.
CD Glyphs aren't a very viable choice, MR or AP glyphs are better.
In your abilites section, you say max
The only real MR item

I list MR glyphs for people to take, plus chalice of harmony is something I rush, so theres some quick mr. Spirit visage gives stats ahri can all utilize, and it amplifies her passive. I think iceborn gauntlet is a great choice because it capitalizes on your mobility, which is better for ahri than zhonya's. I list a set of 21/0/9 masteries. Cd reduction glyphs can be better for ahri than AP ones because of her scaling. And my cheat sheet says to take charm second but max it last, which is what I say within my guide. Twin shadows is another item that boosts mobility, and ahri is a very mobile champion. It helps her out a lot.

Well as usual you deliver an extremely well-crafted guide with flawless coding and artwork. Making it pretty much worthy of an upvote without even knowing which champion the guide is for, let alone looking at the build and such. But moving on, you provide great explanations for all you do, provide alternatives for different situations, and cover a lot of good stuff. I would certainly call this a top tier guide in pretty much all respects, very nice work! You really do need to make those icons bigger in your combos section, but other than that there's not much I can say other than to make sure you keep it updated, which I'm sure you will.

It'z gewd. Still some minor things that can improve. No real biggies though.
Some things about the build that are questionable, but the rest already mentioned it, so, I feel like repeating is unnecessary :D

Chalice isn't that essential on Ahri, especially if you're good at using mana efficiently. Tear is a better selection if you absolutely need the mana regen. I feel like your cheat sheet is a little cluttered, and you should move some of the situational items to their own chapter. WoTA is a bad source of spell vamp, get Spectral Wraith instead. Otherwise, pretty solid build. Good coding, good spacing, and an interesting read.
