I'm sorry but it's not good for me.
Offensive build : standard build is ok, but "other viable items" are just very very bad choices
Defensive build : No, just no please ! You can't do a build on that

You need to look more about the items that feel well on him, and the build sequence depend of the game, you have to avoid to do always the same order.
For what you have done about the Match-ups, I don't really agree on everything.

Go on and try to improve, you can do better :)

Probably, depending still on the content.
But, as most people here pointed out, your runes are wrong.

And you have , know that isn't actually a bad item, but there are other better items that compliments better by a ton.

And yes, you should not have rush on him as 1st item either.

Your ability explanation has only 1 line (copy/paste from wiki doesn't count), this does not help any inexperience player to know how to cast his abilities.

Match up

: You should not keep your distance, is your counter to her and you have to bully her so hard that she can't make a come back at lvl 6.

: Dodge his Q with your pool? 9sec CD vs 20sec CD. Bad advise. Besides, you should not use you to dodge an ability unless it's ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. It cost you 20% of your current HP. You could easily hurt yourself more by using it.

: As long as you keep your distance, you win, otherwise, he wins. Not very helpful.

That's just 3, afterward, you only have "probablys" and "should bes" which aren't really helpful.
You should explain HOW to play against them, which of your ability can be use against them in what way to gain advantage.

Your 2nd start doesn't use all it's gold. Getting Liandry's and Zhonya's before Spell Vamp on Vlad? "Vlad isn't your daily AP Carry" daily isn't the correct word there. Maybe "Standard?" Your lane counters are awful. I'd explain why, but I don't have the time to go through each of them.

Funny, I was just thinking that this guide was the most useless guide I've ever seen.

For example, you don't tell me why you picked the wrong runes. So I don't see a reason why I should have to explain to you why you went wrong.

For starters, has an appalling starting MS. The 15 AP from quints adds a whopping 9 damage to your Q. As you have already said, 's base damage is incredible, but the scaling is quite average. For similar reasons, I wouldn't take Scaling AP glyphs on . You'll gain a massive ~16.5 damage on Q at level 18 from scaling AP runes. Sure he gets a little bit of hp boost at the beginning (about 22 hp) and barely nothing end-game, but nothing so startling that I'd stack early AP on him.

And do you know how much research it took to find this out? I just hovered over the tooltips of 's abilities.

You are the one making a guide after all. All the explanations are highly minimal. Explain the build to us like you would like to read it in one of our comments. THEN we might elaborate a bit more about what it wrong.
