1. Tone down all graphics in LoL.
2. Clean the laptop fans, and possibly change the cooling paste. I had this done, cost me just 50 euros.
3. Take a break from LoL and wait for your new laptop.
That's about it, everything that remotely worked fixing my problem, which is quite similar to yours.

So my laptop overheats when I play LoL and after around 30 min of gameplay it reaches its peak, and the emergency shutdown process kicks in then my laptop turns off without notice to protect the hardware.
I've got a cooling fan fixed under it, it helped mitigate the heat at first, but now It doesn't do much.
I've ran CPU Thermometer. Outside of LoL it sits around 59 - 60°C, and it goes up to 90°C when I'm in the middle of a game.
This is why laptops are terrible for gaming.
Not a single part in my desktop PC goes above 60°C when under heavy load.
CPU is at ~20°C idle, ~40°C load. GPU is at ~30°C idle and ~50°C load. HDDs run at ~25°C. And the setup is obviously pretty quiet, I can't stand noisy computers.

You'll probably want to try blowing pressurized air through the fan in the laptop, to clear any dust and **** in the fan/heatsink. Make sure that you have a paperclip or something jammed in the fan so that it doesn't spin. It could be harmful for your hardware if it spins.
Make sure you blow the air into the intake and angle it towards the exhaust (the intake is usually at the bottom and the exhaust is usually at the back or at the side, or both).
You could also try disassembling the laptop to clear the fan/heatsink manually, but this doesn't work on all laptops(some aren't built in a way that you can disassemble them without special tools). If you do this you'll want a tube of thermal paste to replace the old one.
Replacing the standard thermal paste with proper paste can lower temperatures significantly. I tried it on my old GPU and that alone lowered the temp from 80 to 70 during load. Ever since then I've been replacing the thermal paste on everything I can remove the fan on.

PS: I don't know if this affects the overheating, but the Hard Drive capacity is 500Go, and I only have 6 Go free left ( I don't delete the anime I download )
It probably doesn't, but that's just bad in general. A disk that full can be painfully slow(HDD/SSD speed only affects loading times of programs/games, so gaming performance should be unaffected). You really should clean out some ****. Start with low quality series you have that you might re-download in higher quality later when you have the space.

Thanks guys, here's what I did so far:
- Found an external drive chilling in a corner of my room, so I'm moving some of my anime folder there and free more space on my hard drive.
- I found a video on how to disassemble my laptop, It looked risky since I've never done it before. I will keep this solution as a last resort. The comments on the video say taht it is one of the hardest laptops to dismount as well. (HP Probook 4510 S)

When I put my hand in front of it while in a LoL game, it's seriously burning hot.
Is it still possible to blow pressurized air into it?

I had the same issue and a laptop fan really worked miracles. All of a sudden my laptop does not only overheat anymore but I can play with max graphics and 60FPS and even stream my games without getting stupid FPS drops.
I bought the CoolerMaster Ergostand notebook fan. You can find it on eBay or Amazon.
It's not exactly cheap but quite affordable and by far the best fan I ever used (had a Logitech and a no name brand one before).
It cools your laptop by about 20-30°C.
P.S.: If you can't afford it yet or need a quicker solution, try to put a thick book under your laptop so the bottom is not directly on your desk. What I also used to do for some time is putting a cooling pad under it. You know one of those you keep in the freezer and then use to cool drinks in a box.

Of course it is. Just make sure you stop the fan and blow in the right direction. That vent on the side is obviously the exhaust, so blow from the intake at the bottom towards that exhaust.
Good luck finding pressurized air. Hardware stores will probably have it, but the easiest way would probably just be to pay a visit to a friend or relative that has a compressor.

He already has a cooling fan, so I doubt that will be of any use to him..

Only blow air in there if the laptop is turned off.
Better idea is to have an expert open up the laptop and just clean it fully, but that's me.

This laptop was meant for studies so the specs aren't helping at all:
Intel Core i5 CPU, M 460 @ 2,53 GHz 2,53 GHz
4 Go RAM
Intel HD Graphics (lol, I told you it's ****)
