1. Don't make a special cheatsheet only for alternate runes and skill order please. Just notify it in the guide and that should be enough. Also, keep your main cheatsheet more static. For example: "BUILD VAMP AND AVARICE INTO" -> Core
2. You can't compare Infinity Edge with BotRK, they give both totally different purpose to your build. Either compare BotRK and BT, or just put BotRK as an alternative pick. Also; Youmuu's ins't that great (and yes, I read your explanation, and no, I wasnt convinced). Finally about your items; Don't compare Phantoms with defensive items please. An ADC build should always have 1 defensive item in it. If I were you, I'd put in Randuins instead.

4. "This is a secondary rune setup if you do not prefer armor penetration runes. Everything else is the same as the previous setup." This is not an explanation
5. "Flash is a must have spell no matter what champion you are. It is an AMAZING spell which is why it is only available at level 20." False, you get it at lvl 12. Also, put Flash apart from the other summoner spells, since it is a must.
6. Spoilers in ability section are unnecessary. Just put all information together instead.
7. Give the synergy legend also colours please.

Your guide as a lot of problems. First, test your build options more. Your item picks seem very strange here and there.
Work a bit more on your explanations and structure aswell, and your guide will look a lot better.

The rest of the guide is also pretty good. Everything looks neat and you could just make some minor improvements.

let's start from the end, the matchup i disagree with is graves. He can force to you use or not to your block shield by a smart smoke screen he will start fight you where you can't beat him 1v1 early game and use somke screen in the middle of the fight. If you stay in there you lost, if try to go out of it you loose valuable time so sometimes you have no other choice than blocking this fkin strong ultility spell or just not using your shield at all. Note that he can also dodge your bummerang with quickdraw and that the armor he can get from his passive will reduce ricochet's damage to almost 0 if he's smart enough to stay behind minions.
On supports now, i would just move janna in the best tier cuz she has both the poke and the ability to fight like a killing support especially after lvl 6 where sh has a strong heal as well.
On def items, i didn't mean frozen heart or MoM, i ment things like frozen mallet, warmogs, randuins and mercurial scimitar. I can see why banshee's and GA are your top choices but these items are worth- mention.
On runes, i don't disagree that ArP quints don't do their job, sivir is somehow spell- reliant so logically they work, but you shall mention lifesteal quints.
these are the things i'd like to see maybe cuz they fit my playstyle, which is around outsustaining the enemy in lane and farming and split-pushing mid-late game. I 'm still not sure if I can give you the plus 1.
oh and remember to put your guide in your sig, i can see only the kha' zix one
Aight I'll fix/add in the stuff you pointed out. And the signature, I totally forgot that I should add that in lol. Thanks for pointing that out. Well regardless, thank you for withholding your vote instead of just instantly -1. I am still working out the kinks in this guide as I published it just two days ago. Thanks for the input :D I'll get to it as soon as I can.
1) I am getting some banners etc. from someone so that should spice it up a little bit.
2) ArPen quints may be outdated but they still do the job for me.
3) Youmuu's - I understand where you stand on this so I am not going to argue with this even though I like this on an ADC. So I'll leave this one alone.
4) The defensive items - these two are the ones I prefer because they seem to have the most use for an ADC. Other items like Frozen Heart or a MoM just don't do the trick for me.
5) Matchups and supports - which ones do you not agree with? As I said in the guide, I am completely open to being called out on something. I want to be as unbiased as possible and I would love to get a +1 from you however I can.

As I said in the runes section, I find that this setup works best for ME. I am only here as a guide writer to give my input on a champion and how they should be played. Just because I don't take a point of Veigar's W until level 8 does not mean you have to do the same.

I personally would consider lifesteal quints + dorans start though for the extra health, but I can see what your intention is.
Edit; And I would rather spec masteries 21-5-4 with lower flash CD. And what are your thoughts on maxing E second? (22-10 seconds cooldown reduction is massive)
I used to max E second back in the day but then I realized that the W cooldown went down to about 3 seconds increasing the spammability, and since it refreshes the AA timer that's a giant damage gain. Other than that there really isn't any reason why not.
