Generally speaking, you should erase any unflattering fractals/textures/effects from the focal point. In this case, like Amanda would, I would erase the lines from Fizz.

image is too blurry in general in my opinion, and I think you oversharpened the face - at least compared to the rest of the sig
I actually didn't sharpen anything in this image. I had 3 layers 1 set to multiply, 1 set to addition, and 1 set to normal. I did, however, do a gaussian blur on one of the layers so maybe that is what the problem is. I'll remove the text later one because I also wasn't sure if it worked or not and wanted a second opinion. Anything else?
