Tear of the Goddess is useless until he gets his ult. I don't really find him that mana hungry anyway since I only use Phosphorus Bomb and Valkyrie when I need to. It just slows down his purpose, I think. 4/10AP

As a support: 7/10 So much damage early(even late) without building more than 50 ap. Plus constant silences, constant snares, good at baiting(W and passive), good at kiting(W and E), quick and low risk warding(W)
