10/10 brings my friend to ragequit everytime he meets her in lane xD but srsly, waveclear, poke utility and huge burst. only downside is her lack of escapes but her range takes care of that.

Kind of heavily nerfed, but not bad in the right hands.
But I find his late game is atrocious, and if out-played in lane, he bring absolutely nothing to his team.
I'd rate Corki 7/10 after the Trinity Force buffs stupid early game damage and can chase/kite with his Gatling Gun and ult forever and ever also mana problems still suck

3/10 (purely my opinion)... He has one good cc and quite a bit of self-sustain, but he is most effective running away. I hate champions that specialize in running away.

I don't really have any solid opinions on him but I reckon as an AD carry player his ult is annoying as hell.
