Wriggle's is trash. Sightstone actually helps you snowballing (getting ganks in more easily, while escaping with the same ease). If you really have the 1.5k spare gold you'd invest in a wriggles, you're better off grabbing a brutalizer.
In any situation where you could get Wriggle's Lantern on a champion, Madred's Razors+ Bilgewater Cutlass costs 100 more gold but gives you for that way more. Actually, even Madred's Razors is rather bad and only really worth it on 100% AA champs. Finally, the Spirit items are the most cost efficient items in the game.
