I saw him once before, I don't remember where. I thought it was weird for a guy with 8 rep (at the time) to be an editor. Probably should've said something.
Judging from the fact that his last 3 comments have all been something along the lines of "downvoted because I hate you", on throatslasher's guides, we should try to get this guy demoted as soon as possible.
I promoted him a long time ago because he was actively reporting database inconsistencies and had no bad behavior at the time.
I normally wouldn't demote an editor for breaking the rules but he has been warned about this before, and this was a pretty severe reaction.
