I see what you mean, but I just prefer having like 100 more health then everyone else, so I "tank" cuz honestly having Magic Pent is good, just I feel sej is more a cc jungler early and that you should depend on laners on having damage. As for the buffs, I understand, but things like red buff will always be up for you until mid game. And also have blue buff longers means longer time you can stay in jungle. I guess its all in preference.

As for items, I think sej should have some damage just cuz at full build you have like 3.5 k health, 250 armor and only about 100 mr, but i doubt the ap carry will be looking to burst the tank. So really that build is more for if there is no one to be scared of (like a vayne) which is why the against ad and against ap builds are there, they show you what to get if you need more resistances.

I see what you're trying to do with your runes by taking health seals, but especially in the jungle you should be taking armor seals 100% of the time. Marks can be attack speed for jungle clear, or magic pen for gank damage. For Quints I would just take 3 MS because 1.5% MS scales better than 26 health into late game. Also for masteries I prefer 9/21/0 for the magic pen, which in my opinion is better than buff duration on sej (you should be donating most of your buffs)

In terms of items I thing spirit visage is a better pick in 90% of scenarios. Generally I prefer a randuin's or a warmog's over a tanky AP item like abyssal or rylai's, but I suppose that's just playstlye.

and for the rest of the guide, do you mean like the game play section or everything?

Item section is hard to undestand. Try make it more clean.
