I still usually use IE PD on Cait, Twitch, Ashe, Kog, Trist and Jinx (not sure about Jinx yet though).

Most games are decided mid game. Even if it gets late game you can always sell Statikk for pd and get an ie later. I prefer mid game power most of my ranked games go 30mins or less.

Each his own i prefer bt, shiv,lw it also is better for 1v1's and split push. Only thing IE pd is good for is very very late game team fights for single target.

why not just sit on Zeal+zerks with jinx? minigun gives you like 1.8 AS with just zerks at max level so with zeal added you should be fine for AS
also i normally go early BT then PD

I do sit on Zeal until finishing LW on Jinx, I was just too lazy to mention it. :P

IE alone is a huge power spike. You don't need anything else, perhaps besides a Zeal to do good mid game damage. The weakness is the time you need to get the complete item. 3.7k is a huge investment in laning phase and will give you a quite weak phase between finishing a bf sword up to the completion of the full item.
However, if you compare the damage you get from IE with that of a BT+zeal, you get more damage from IE.

Pretty much same for me, though I get shiv on Ashe usually and BotRK on Twitch. Haven't played Jinx yet but I expect I'll be building BT->LW->IE. No reason to spend money on AS when you get 130% from your Q. Maybe a shiv at most, since you can stack the passive very easily between kills.

I prefer to stick with the rocket launcher much of the time in teamfights because the range gives you such a high amount of safety, only switching to minigun if people dive for me, I end up dueling or most of the CC/burst gets used, meaning I don't have the AS buff for much of the time. I've mostly been building around the rockets, maxing Q first and playing her like I would Caitlyn.
I'm sure both BT and BotRK are good options too though, BT for her high W and R scaling and BotRK if you really want to play aggressively, get in people's faces with the minigun and duel a lot. I haven't really tried other playstyles yet but her kit seems like it has a lot of options.

I been playing cait, varus and graves and going bt, static shiv to last whisper and its honestly the most impact full build i have used seems really op right now does **** ton of dmg.
Wondering if anyone sitll uses pd ie build.
