Have you ever tried ''Burning bush Zyra''? It's for 5v5 but I bet it can be good on 3v3. You basicly rush
It's quite popular and I've seen some diamond players playing it. If you don't like it please tell me why you wouldn't recomend it, it'll be great to know a challenger opinion.
(Excuse my english :D)
Just wondering if you are planning an update for the guide, now that Hextech Sweeper was changed in 3.13, in addition to the minor tweaks that Zyra went through. I'm not even sure if an update is warranted, but when I saw that Hextech Sweeper was changed -- no more MS, health down, CDR doubled and non-unique —- it made me wonder if a later item in the build needs to be changed accordingly. And as far as the Zyra changes; I think it did hurt her early game a little, but this might be countered by playing to the slightly higher AP ratios now, or something... Cheers!
I will post updates soon as I will be busy for a few weeks.
Just a quick tldr version, don't build hextech anymore and continue on regularly.
Have you thought about spending 2 points into Brute Force, instead of Mental Force, for a few extra AD to help with auto-attacking? Kinda similar to the new Burning Bush build, or something like this... Even though you're not building for AA and damage from plants in this guide, I'm wondering if the extra AD might help with poking and last-hitting. I've been trying it for about a week, using that mastery I linked in the calculator there. Still seems just as good, and it might even provide a small edge.
I like the bit of extra damage from my spells rather than the auto attack damage. For example, if I'm laned against a kayle I would need to land some Q's onto her before she can attack me or else I definitely will not win the trade.
In a perfect world yes I would consider getting the extra AD, but sometimes its not always safe to get auto attacks off.

Anyway, just wanted to say thanks! I've always loved playing Zyra in TT, but for the past year my win-rate with her was gradually declining. That changed right away when I tried out your build and guide! Cheers!
