Shall I republish or just unarchive after changing a guide after the next Season start?
That depends. Some people might say that just archiving and then unarchiving it, once you've updated the information and cheat-sheet with season 4 content, while it's at 90%+ is unfair or selfish (as you are in a sense hogging the #1 spot). There's really no way to disagree with that statement but if you remake the guide there's no guarantee that you will reach #1 again in season 4. So uh, your call I suppose. I personally support remaking a guide completely as then you will be able to fully update it - but I don't want to be a hypocrite as I doubt I'll remake my Janna guide completely soooo go with the archive-rearchive in my opinion so long as it continues to be optimal.

Unarchive :)
A lot of other support guides suck, I'd prefer having yours at the top.
Hm, if the rating would swing down then it would show me that the guide is bad so it wouldn't matter whether it would be unarchived or republished .. it just would start from other current ratings ..

Thanks to Natuhlee for this sig!
I personally intend to write a new Talon guide once I'm sure on how to play Talon in season 4, but that's not really saying much considering I'm basically guaranteed the #1 spot in Talon guides anyway.
It would be fairer to other guides if you write a new guide rather than unarchive it after reworking it, as post-rework, it's not the same guide that got upvoted to your current rating. However, if you release a new guide, there's a very good chance you won't get the #1 spot and the #1 spot will be held by a really **** guide.
So I would recommend simply reworking and unarchiving.

Can you elucidate this or isn't it that important?
There's some discussion going on in the Scout forum, so we can't really talk about it right now - all I can say in regards to your question in the opening post is that it really doesn't matter.

Hm okay. Will it turn to a public dicsussion or presented published?

I just want to ask whether you recommend me to republish or unarchive my
For me the question is whether it would make sense to unarchive a guide with a high rating (atm 91%) which has changed a lot because otherwise it would make sense to reset the rating to get suitable feedback.
I'm really curious about what you can say about this topic because I want to hear different opinions from your point of view. Thanks in advance!
