Not without my doubts, but seeing as a lot of players here were high elo in S2 with high ping, I doubt D1 and Challenger players here wouldn't be at least Diamond in NA. And most didn't even bother with NA in S3 since BR was open. I watch a lot of the tournaments here and the level of play from the top teams isn't terrible. But there are like 3~4 good teams only, which is considerably better than most other regions. If it wasn't for a pretty bad showing in the finals (where their key player was focused hard), PaiN Gaming would have made it to Worlds after stomping everyone until then. They probably wouldn't have won a single game against most teams, but hey, at least they'd make it there lol[/quote]
