I added some fractals (Screen/Lighten) and then I made gradient transparent border and then I used Dodge tool on Anivia's wings.

After that I used Filter > Sharpen Edges on the Ashe/Anivia render at the top of the picture so it didn't look so blurry

What do you guys think?

It looks nice but the ball seems out of place in the bottom left?

@Janitsu

It's pretty nice but I'd remove the outer glow from the text, and I wouldn't tilt it like that. If you want to emphasize it with outer glow use a darker color. Pick the darkest shade of blue you have in your sig (I believe it's the dark blue around the Anivia render) and use that as the outer glow color (set it to 100% and on "normal" instead of "screen"). Also a good thing to do is make two text layers instead of one. One for "Janitsu" and one for "Ice baby" cause that way you can place the text in a much more flattering way. And yeah don't tilt the text - it's mostly not very favorable because of the Anivia render being tilted more than it is (but don't tilt it further lul).

Much much better, did you consider trying to "engrave it" into the blade or too much work?

It isn't and I've thought about that too but I wasn't sure I'd have enough space for the text to be noticeable.

Two things about text in general; 1. It shouldn't be bigger than the focal and 2. It shouldn't be too far away from the focal. If the text is any noticeable amount bigger than the focal of the signature, then it will take away from the sig. You'll be attracted to the text, in the sense that when you'd see the signature - you will look at the text, rather than the focal. If it's too far away - the opposite side of the focal, or something- then you won't know where to look. Difficult to explain but these are two rules I always try to go by with my signatures. Keep it close and keep it proportioned. Would put text here. I'd also change the font though I assume you went with a regular ish font and set it to noise. If you don't have any cool fonts try and find something on dafont. Some that I'd recommend are Amplify, Beauty Pagent, On the Move, Little Bird but there are tons of fonts to pick from and all you gotta do is make sure they don't overwhelm the rest of the signature. I find that simpler is generally better and if you don't know what to do go with simpler.

I think you should make borders in a solid color unless it's all bright. Your sig is bright around the focal but not the left side so the border on the left looks misplaced in a way. I'd take a look at this and see if can figure out how to do top and bottom borders. For this particular signature I'd take dark blue solid color and I'd make the text that way as well.

H'Okay lastly if you're not saving your signatures as PSD you should start doing that. Always save your sigs twice, one as a PSD and one as a PNG. That way you can edit sigs out later by opening the PSD file.

I remade the border and then I tried the fonts that you suggested and moved them next to Janna
