No I kinda gave up. Also GMD lets me play on his smurf so I really don't have any reason to level up my smurf xD

Unsure if that's sarcasm or not, but 200 wins is more than enough to get you to level 30 lol.
Leveling up smurfs wouldn't be so boring if you could get full rune slots and full mastery pages at any level. Right now it's extremely dismotivating playing match-ups on my smurf which I usually stomp on my main, but I'm losing because I have 7 less rune slots and mastery points. ( which yes, does make a pretty big difference )
Doesn't your opponent also suffer from lack of runes? I'm pretty sure this only significantly affects the 1v1 kill potential of assassins.

The last 2 times I played mid on my smurf I was level 20, and played against a level 26 and a level 27. That just put me off playing on my smurf lol.

Time for improvement. I'm gonna ****ing get that Diamond 1 before Season 4. The TRUE Diamond level. The tittle is still relevant because I only consider diamond 1 players to truly be Diamond worthy (good).

Didn't get demoted to Diamond 4. Feels good. I think I'll have to play another later if I don't want to decay before Season ends... :/ For some reason I don't want to be diamond 4 when the season ends.
