Mimic
The Musical Mime

Stats are mostly average on everything.

Being born into a poor family, Mimic had to always beg for money to support his family. As he grew older, he fell in love with music, but was too poor to buy any instruments. To achieve his dream of being a rock star, he forged his own air guitar to play on the roads in order to cheer up the travelers and earn money. What seemed like a dream job was actually a poison that would crush his dreams. He had sung too many hours each day and had lost his voice; thus was the birth of the Mime Musician. Now somehow he's in the League of Legends after learning Mime Magica. The End.

Passive: I Am L'artiste de rue- If mimic stands still and takes no action for 3 seconds, he sets up shop and plays his air guitar. He gains 2 extra gold each 3 seconds he stands still whilst taking no actions.

[Q] I Am Furieux- As a mime, Mimic has learned how to act without using his voice. He throws his air guitar in genuine fury, dealing 90/125/155/210/300 (+50% of attack damage and +50% of ability power). Applies on hit effects. 12 sec cooldown. Mana used: 50/60/85/105/120. During Cooldown, Mimic has lost his air guitar, so his passive is rendered useless during the cooldown.

[W} I Am Le Velo- Toggle. Mimic pretends to ride a bicycle, but with the help of magic he can actually float in the air and move faster. Movement speed increases by 12%/13.5%/14%/15.5%/16%. As you ride past enemy champions, they become so amazed that they are in silence for 1/1/1.5/2/2 sec. The silence can only be used 3 times every 4 seconds while the toggle is on. 8 sec cooldown. Mana used: 6/10/15/20/24 per second.

[E] I Am Le Bodybuilder/Le Magicien- Toggle between two forms. 1 sec cooldown.
Le Bodybuilder- increases health, attack damage, health regeneration, and attack speed by a % of mana, ability power, mana regen, and cooldown reduction respectively. Effect scales per level. Cost of health: 2%/4%/6%/8%/10% when toggled initially.
Le Magicien- increases mana, ability power, mana regen, and cooldown rediction by a % of health, attack damage, health regeneration, and attack speed respectively. Cost of Mana: 2%/4%/6%/8%/10% when toggled initially.

[R] I Am Legende- Targets an enemy champion in order to mimic his/her form. You adopt that champions form and skills and 5%/10%/15% of their stats. Lasts 5/10/15 sec. On activation, you replenish the target champion of 5%/9%/13% of their Health and Mana. 80 sec cooldown. Effect of [E] lasts through ultimate, but may not be turned toggled during ulti.

(btw i'm not too insightful in what stats makes a champ up or op, i just wanted to have stats in there to look legit. But [W] was too much to theorize so i'll just leave it to your imagination.)

maybe silence instead adn lower the time. 3 seconds is a little OP for an AOE silence

The passive is a little overpowered, to be honest. Maybe change the passive to all allied champions passively gaining an additional 1 gold per 5 or something, but 5 gold per second is just way too much.

i dont think its op at all. he has to stand still for 3 seconds and take no actions. if anything its up. even if he sits in base the whole time he will have 5 per second which is 300 per minute. This prevents him from last hitting or actually getting any kills. I do think that his passive should be reworked though. Maybe have it where all allies get a 2/4/6% discount when buying and a 2/4/6% boost when selling. Call it something to do with bartering or something.

Consider that just by recalling and waiting at the fountain he'll probably gain a lot of gold. Also consider that in the 90 seconds before minions spawn, he'll gain a good 435 gold before having to move out. That means starting the game with 910 gold. That means your Doran's item, Boots, and a ward or two pots.

Granted it doesn't become as useful once the game actually starts, but you gain a pretty noticeable edge from just 10 seconds of staying at the fountain when you heal up or when you wait in a bush to ambush someone.

Just make it to where minions must spawn before it available. Another interesting idea would be to have it to where you setup a shop with XYZ HP and it stays there until destroyed only one can be in existence and make it to where you gain money when it is attacked.
