@Dirtyskeze Thanks for your comments! I get Athene's Unholy Grail because Sona depends heavily on AP due to the new pre-season update, and I'm just not a fan of Mikael's Blessing. It's never seemed worth it to me, but I'll try it and see how it works. Also, I'm a big fan of the massive mana pool you get from a capped Archangel's Staff, and the mana shield has helped me save myself or my ADC many times once it turns into Seraph's Embrace. The points in the Defense tree don't make a huge impact, so I build some sustain items, but they are necessary since Sona is SO squishy, especially at early levels when you can't afford putting much gold into sustain items. I've never really though about using mp5 runes, though it does seem like a good idea, so I'll try that out as well and possibly change the guide a bit. I agree, it does help a lot to have a good ADC, but tbh if you have an awful ADC you've probably lost your lane anyway, so it doesn't really matter that much if you have more heal. However, Sona has enough CDR with this build to heal frequently enough, and the AP scales into her heal as well as poking abilities. Hope that answers your questions, feel free to let me know if you have any other suggestions as I'm always open to feedback.

I like the page and all but what i dont understand is why u get athenes instead of Mikaels. The other thing i dont understand is u said the 9 defense points dont help that much so why not put them in offensive and get that extra cdr that way u will have 40% with talisman and locket and mastery points? I understand its not all the time but getting an extra 15% cdr above 40 when its capped at 40 is a waste to me. As for your build its good if u got a good adc... being in ranked silver though i feel not going poke is more effective cause we have too many idiots... i get an *** ton of mp5 in my runes since sona doesnt scale great with ap. seems much more effective to i can heal the snot out of them. I guess it could change in higher elo but if u want to poke get lulu... leave sona to healing... lulu scales way better with ap for better poke. just me... beautiful layout though.... and for harass sona not bad...

@ ultima100 Thanks for the upvote and the kind words! The only reason I made it so people have to comment to vote is to discourage people from downvoting without reason. I want to know what people do or do not like about the guide, and some people on here have told me I should force comments to avoid trolls downvoting for no reason. However, I'm pretty sure it only forces the first 20 voters to comment so it should be normal now. If not, I'll change it soon.

Nice guide, creative names, and amazing build. you just need to remove this "comment to vote thing" it scares voters away

@Joxuu Thanks mate! I really think it's a great item, the only problem is the cost and timing. You gotta get it early enough to get full stacks quickly, but still make sure to buy enough other items for warding and sustain. I think I found a nice balance there.
