why would you cast it on an adc? they rarely build hp or resistances, you should be ulting the tankiest champion on the enemy team to get the most stats out of your ult so youre so ridiculously tanky that the adc cant kill you, if you can even get to him

Trundle is mostly about his Pillar of Ice anyway. If he can land a good one, especially in a jungle or baron fight, he can be a great assist to any team. And he is still one of the strongest junglers+counter junglers in the game, as nearly nobody can outtrade him with his Chomp.
