Hey, I really like your guide! I'm a support main myself, so I can totally see the good parts about this. Things such as the items to becoming a tank and sorting based on how much gold you have are really nice to see. However, that also means I see some of the bad parts as well. Now, I'm going to throw some suggestions at you, but it's up to you if you actually want to change them :)

• First off, no wards?! One ward every 2 minutes is definitely NOT enough! Since you didn't take any masteries in utility, you could only get one Stealth Ward after buying a gold income item. But one ward is all it takes to save you from many potential ganks! As a support, even with the changes in Season 4, it is your job to primarily ward!
• Second, Not buying Ruby Sightstone?! (I'm sure you can tell, I'm a big warding person, haha xD But vision wins games! Too many times have I seen people step into bushes with 4 of the enemy team because of lack of vision...) Dude, once again, one ward every minutes or so is NOT enough! Plus, most supports take Stealth Ward in the early game stages, but switch it out to Sweeping Lens later to remove enemy wards when doing important objectives, such as Baron.
• Third, your masteries. I can't object, but I can't praise them either. Why? Because you have no explanation other than a small paragraph! Use the cheat sheet, see next bullet with the Making a Guide link, to post a list of the masteries you've selected. Then go through each and explain the function of each. Even just a short explanation, such as "Take this to get to the next tier", would do the trick.
  
  
• Finally, this is more on the coding of the guide. You can link things to MOBAfire's database by using the double bracket function, [ [ or ] ] (Remove spaces of course). There's a more in depth guide here, by Jhoijhoi: Making a Guide. This way, when you're explaining the summoner spells/runes/skills, the reader can mouse over the skill or whatever to see the Game definition. Not all of us play Taric, haha.

So, in conclusion, your guide has some really good points, but I just thought I'd point out some things you might need to watch for as well. Keep in mind that everything I've said is just my preference on how things worked best for me, so you don't actually need to do anything if you disagree :) Good luck on your guide!
