I am at work right now but once i get home and to the office I'll begin with your signature.
@veng, it was a tutorial i went with back in '08/'09. I'll see if i can dig up the tutorial, otherwise i should have the psd laying around and you are more than welcome to have that instead.

Veng, apologies in advance but the PSD is missing, i created the image on an old computer, it was all stored on an External which crashed sometime ago so i'm afraid i'll need to find the guide for you instead.
