It's a good nerf. The proposed nerf was to take it down to .2 which would have crushed teemo. .5 is a great compromise.

i agree there needs to be a max shroom count, no need for him to have his whole lane/side of his jungle shroomed
same goes for nidalee and shaco and the useless tree thing
i still think theyre going to nerf him more though since vision changes buffed him a bit much compared to other champions that were countered by vision
