Last question; in Mt. Moon, you find the two fossils. Are you allowed to keep either fossil pokemon? It's inevitable that you would have encountered a pokemkn beforehand, and since you're only allowed to keep the first pokemon you meet...

The fossils are on Mt. Moon if I'm right. Gen III is similar to Gen I in terms of Mt. Moon.
