What lane would you like to see next week?
I don't want to post this in the OP, but I've got a small request for any of the artists on this site. I think it would be nice to have an introduction banner for this weekly thread, to make it look a bit nicer. If any of you is capable of making one, please PM me!
How viable woulld
Lee Sin support be? I've tried it, and early on it works wonder, it works well later aswell if your lane goes well. I've been building him as a tank with
Relic Shield etc. Also how strong would
Cassiopeia support be? Would it work well and scale into lategame? And how good is
Malphite support? I've tried it and seen it in competitive play. Any reasons to play him and with which adc?

Thanks to The_Nameless_Bard for the sig!

Lee sin support: It's too unreliable and gets poked easily. His all out isn't even that great compared to other unorthodox supports and he doesn't offer any good utility.
Malphite support: He's just a lot better in a solo lane with teleport. His pre-6 lane is terrible and becomes a one-trick pony late game because he won't be any tanky to splitpush as well.
EDIT: Cass support: Lock her down and win your lane
Lee Sin support is a decent cheese support because of his high burst but won't work in the long-run after people get used to it because of his lack of range and lane presence. Pretty much the same reason why other bruiser supports like Rengar and Panth aren't fotm.
Malphite support has a horrid early game but actually provides a decent amount of pressure mid game with his ultimate. I mean he IS Malphite and his ult is always a great initiation, but there's absolutely nothing that can remedy his lack of early game presence.
Cass support has been tried before by WE.Fzzf (now EDG?) and it has great poke, but the issue is her squishiness and mana costs. She burns her mana extremely quickly if you want to harass reliably, and all-in champs like Thresh completely screw her up because she can't escape and cannot fight back with enough burst.

Is it better to push or freeze the lane? I've heard people say that pushing is better because it offers a lot more map pressure. On the other hand, freezing is safer in terms of the jungler coming to gank? Under which circumstances would you say pushing/freezing wiser?
Thanks to XeresAce for the sig!

Obviously there are advantages to both, but the lane that pushes is generally the lane that wins. It's much more difficult to engage in a 2v2 if your opponents have a big ball of minions sitting in front of your tower. The only times it is advantageous to freeze (in laning phase) are if you're being pressured by the enemy mid or jungler or if you can effectively zone the enemy bot lane from the minion wave.
Basically you almost always want to push early game. Getting level 2 can outright win you the lane for the rest of the game, and junglers will rarely visit bot lane early game (at least in my games) since there's two ward trinkets and most supports can peel a level 3 jungler off their marksman. If you're pushed, you'll generally have an advantage in lane, which also makes it difficult for the enemy laners to capitalize on their jungler's pressure.
You should probably consider resetting the wave or freezing closer to your tower if you already have an advantage and can zone by freezing, if you're losing lane hard enough that the enemy could freeze and deny CS, or if the enemy jungler / support is really dangerous at level 6. For example, pushing against a level 6 Leona / Pantheon combo is really dangerous, but it's not so dangerous to push against a Karma / Elise combo.

Yup. I'd just like to stress out that freezing is really hard to pull off correctly but can also yield great rewards if you can manage to maintain the freeze. I wouldn't bother freezing if you're not guaranteed to win 2v2, because you'll be fighting a huge minion wave if they try to break that freeze. Another risk is the enemy just moving off to another lane and pushing down turrets there while you're freezing.
Opinions on
Vel'Koz support? I've been playing it for a while now and I'm really fond of it now. He features low mana cost harassment, excellent dps through
Organic Deconstruction and you simply cannot ignore him in teamfights due to his 'delete button', also known as
Life Form Disintegration Ray.

How good is
