What lane would you like to see next week?
First things first, you cannot carry every game.
However, if you can't climb on the long term, you have only yourself to blame. You've got to imagine that every team encounters the same problems as you and your team do. So the only thing for you to do is to just improve on the mistakes you make. Question yourself after every game or death what you could've done better, and keep those little things in mind for your next game. Always communicate with your team and make sure never to flame. Be the good guy that never flames and fills if necessary.
If you want more help, you need to be specific with your questions, and please stick to this week's lane.

A support tier list, if you would please? I've only been playing one support really, so I'm less certain about where everyone else stands in comparison.
I'm far from Diamond, but here it goes:
Thresh tier: Thresh (Even after all the nerfs I still think he's the best support)
Tier 1: Morgana, Leona, Annie and maybe Gragas (I've seen very little of Gragas support, but I was impressed by it)
Tier 2: Lulu, Nami, Karma, Alistar, Zyra.
Tier 3: Everyone else.
I could go into details about every champions position if you'd like, also this is a very biased list.

Wouldn't really put Gragas in t2 no matter how impressive the few people you played against may have been.
T1*
And yeah I don't see how Gragas support makes a difference in the laning phase whatsoever. His Q got nerfed really heavily and otherwise his range is low.
In general I think tier lists are pretty much pointless and largely depend on what tier you play. High Risk High Reward becomes Low Risk High Reward at lower ratings, which would bump it up a few tiers such as Jarvan IV support, which was mentioned earlier.

Barrel took an overall heavy nerf, which means his harassment dropped severely. Rage no longer restores mana and gives him an empowered melee range attack. Body Slam now has a knock back but still fairly low in terms of range and can easily be negated by Flay and Black Shield.
This concludes that he has an overall low presence pre-6. Post-6 it's not getting that much better, you're likely going to need jungle follow-up if you want a kill.

God tier: Thresh, Leona
Tier 1: Lulu, Nami (only when played well; nami might be the hardest support to play effectively), Karma, Morgana
Tier 2: Sona, Janna, Zyra, Annie
Tier 3: Alistar (for 5v5 team I'd place him tier-2), Blitzcrank, Taric
Again, no particular order within the tiers itself. Also I didn't cover the unconventional supports because I just don't know that much of them.
