What lane would you like to see next week?

Again, no particular order within the tiers itself. Also I didn't cover the unconventional supports because I just don't know that much of them.
Why does everyone has the tendency to include a "god tier", "awesome tier", "I jerk off to their splash art tier"? What's wrong with just having a tier 1, and that tier being the best one?

That's how people who create tier lists without fancy tier names - granted, there aren't many who do - call tier 1. Also, I think the tier placement of a champion depends highly on team composition, the queue (arranged, solo or duo) and the overal MMR of the game.

Yes, but the upper tier champions generally fit into every team composition, at every ELO. The other champions (especially tier-2/3) are more situational picks but can be better than some tier-1 champions in specific situations.

True but it gets very hard to judge properly. Also, Elo is a name, not an abbreviation.
