Cho feels so risky to me. I mean if you play a deck with not too many spells I suppose it's okay but generally I don't really see him work.

Oh, I didn't mean it like that. He's obviously garbage in competitive play. He's behind the curve (4 stats for 2 mana is 1 less than averge), but most importantly, he can't even attack/defend himself. As a 1/4 he could see play.
I meant that I'm not sure I'm ever gonna use him. Possibly in a Randuin Wrynn deck, but other than that..

I don't really know what to do with the Ysera tho. I'm not using it in any of my decks atm.

You're WHAT?
Ysera is easily one of the best cards in the game right now. You should be using her (and Cairne) with pretty much ALL decks but those focused on Aggro or OTK/combo stuff.
I'm currently rank 10, but I'm just playing for quests and funsies atm. I don't think I've placed any lower (higher) than 5 yet. 3, 4, 4 and 5 so far, I think.

Yep. Ysera and Cairne are probably the best legendaries out there.
I have only one deck that I'm happy with and it's a rush deck containing only 1-4 mana costing cards. I should do massive re-work on my decks anyways and add Ysera there.

Don't limit yourself to only cheap cards when playing aggro (though it should be mostly cheap cards obviously). Some cards like the Warlock's Doomguards are great for aggro decks.
