Yes, double dorans will be very common especially since they're nerfing every other source of lifesteal. I expect double dorans into IE will be standard on most ADCs.

I wouldn't pass on BT so quickly tho; the overstack passive is pretty cool and benefits from all sources of life steal; so Doran's as well.
The price increase is murder though. IE does much more DPS than BT already - when it has the same AD and you can pick up lifesteal from other sources (runes + 2x doran is 9%, more than the new amount on Vampiric Scepter) there'll be no reason not to go for it even on casters. Unless the shield turns out to be godlike I can't see people rushing BT much anymore. We'll see tho.
