Mistakes considering builds:

AP build: No void staff in main build. It gives you far more damage than rabadons in end build.

AD TOP: Maxing Q over E is really situational and should only be considered against certain top laners. Maxing E generally is way better. Runaan's and GA seem really random final items.

Hybrid: Crit chance rune ? Doran's blade gives more sustain and damage than doran's ring ever would, Going liandrys first leaves you completly vulnerable to all-in situations and you rely purely on shrooms and you give up a lot of lane pressure away. Botrk first is way better. You should choose between wits end and nashor's tooth. Also you have no defensive items which means you will maybe get auto attack or two before being bursted in team fight. Archmage and warlord don't do much in your masteries. 21/9 is better.

Different build: OK but why random Warmog's in the end which is pretty useless imo. (enchanted armor is bad mastery and you should definately have 4/4 on legendary guardian) 9 points in offensive would also be greater benefit than 9 in utility.

@Wavering Reflection Personally(Just me personally) I do not prefer barrier nor recommend it since the heal buff a little back. And heal also removes heal reduction debuffs. I just overall like heal better, not to mention the movement speed buff. Just personal opinion that's all.

Heal doesn't remove grievous wounds anymore.

@RAKMANSTER I am looking into most of what you have mentioned, and I do keep the "guide help" open along side my guide when editing, as well as a third tab to refresh and make sure the changes are effecting the guide appropriately. (and a 4th+5th tab for music/social networking lol xD). I am quite familiar with the coding (or whatever you choose to call it) so far, for I have used it before. Thank you for the suggestions though and the feedback :).

Just skimmed through but I'm really wondering, why put Barrier as 'the feedy'? Its to replace heal when they naturally(not from Ignite/items) of grievous wounds(ex: Tristana, Fizz, Katarina, Varus, Miss Fortune) or vs someone who always takes Ignite and will kill you in a very short amount of time(ex: LeBlanc).

If you checked out jhoijhoi's guide to making a guide and I know it may seem really hard at first but reread it and try to make columns, also you should have C2V open to see who voted, and if you read some other guides in mobafire you'd see thing like this : Teemo, this is explained in the guide to making a guide so reread it and apply it,and if you started to learn more about these things you might want to learn how to add things like columns and spoilers, and final tip and you'd only understand this once you learn enough of editing here in mobafire and I'm sure you can do it,the total amount of space it takes is 750 this'll help you when making columns,it may be tricky at first but you just have to trust yourself, that way you can learn and understand more and this applies to anything you do in life.

Side note : you can open up the guide to making a guide while editing or making your guide until your comfortable enough to do it yourself.

Thank you for the feedback! :D I have been meaning to put heal in the good section for that reason, even though assassins aren't really in the current meta too much. Also, I was gonna add an items section initially but, I got lazy XD lol. I will add one very soon. I plan on adding much more build paths too. As for the runes deal, I will fix that right now. The skill order reasoning is simply what I prefer. I will explain in detail why.

Nice guide, but the runes you show in the runes section of the guide don't match your cheat sheet or the ones you talk about. Also, heal is more viable than you think. Against people who have tons of burst and can dive you easily (so assassins) it helps a lot to counter this by helping you survive and escape when you need to.

An items section might be nice for players that aren't as experienced with building or are new to Teemo, especially considering all the different takes people have on his itemization.

Gameplay would also help if you want to add that in. People will get a lot more out of your guide if they also learn what to do as Teemo.

Maybe an explanation of skill order could be helpful for the same reasons as an items section.

This is a little picky but the "Pros" header and the "Cons" header aren't lined up. Might just be me but it would look a little more organized if they were even and the information started at the same point.

Other than that the coding is spot on, the build is solid and the explanations (though short) are to the point. Nice work.
