Greater Quintessence of Magic Penetration: With the extra magic penetration on

dot will do enough damage for you to not need more ability power. This should help you win trades until you get to your liandry's torment, or until you build your first item. You can almost never go wrong with magic pen, unless of course the enemy team has stacked no magic resist whatsoever.
Greater Mark of Magic Penetration: Between your marks and quints, you should have around 14 starting magic penetration. This is insanely good for an ap on hit champion like
! The extra punch you need to let that dot tick away your enemy's health.
Greater Glyph of Ability Power: Simply the best glyphs for
. They provide extra damage for all of your abilites (excluding

Greater Seal of Health: Since the
Greater Seal of Armor nerf, health seals are the way to go! They provide good protection against magic and physical damage. They also make you a little more tanky, providing an extra 72 HP to start out with.
