Is Lulu becoming the next Kayle?

Being a combination of a silence and a blind, this keeps the target from using abilities or auto attacking, but still allowing them to move. Sound familiar? Lulu is seeing something very similar that Kayle saw a few seasons ago, except Lulu has the potential to go even further, due to her ability to build attack damage and be useful (although, I think Kayle can build attack damage as well). Anyone agree with me?[/quote]

[[Kayle]] fails utterly in bot lane, and isn't really considered a meta pick in top or jungle. She's not much of a jill-of-all-trades because she has little defensive capability, and even less so when you consider the fact that CC is her worst enemy. She is one of the squishier APCs since she has little mobility, no hard CC, and has to rely on continuous fighting to achieve what other mages would accomplish in a single burst rotation, but she will start snowballing her team hard if you don't take her out immediately in a team-fight. Lulu doesn't even come close to that.[/quote]
