Beautiful, but something you may want to do is use your eraser and set the opacity to 20-30%. Then behind the focal point erase it a little. This will give a nice transitioning. That would look great along with he fractals and effects you used.

My first attempt at making graphics myself. It sucks, I know. Would be happy if you could give me some feedback.

what do you mean "sharpened"? I am really new to this stuff and was simply experimenting with effects and stuff
Hi Trolling, can you tell us how you made the Vayne banner? We may be able to give you better feedback then.
Ok, I used this image. First I resized it so that i has width 750. Then added the grey borders. Afterwards I used an Illumination effect called sunburst and that's, I think, the start/sun-like thing at the top. Then simply added "enhance mode" from the geometric effects.

I like what was done with the color theme and the image in general. However, I don't really like the text. When you mix way too many alignments the text pulls your eyes in many different directions and movements, making it kinda annoying/tiresome to read. I can literally feel my eyes rolling in different ways.
