I am currently still editing my guide. I hope to in future versions of it, add more support match ups to this. As well as add in an AD carry synergy part in this guide. Any thoughts on this / suggestions for what else to add?

Yeah, I think good guides always try to show different options/paths and explain when you should use them. I will hold up my vote right now since you just started it, and I know it takes some time to edit everything, so I'll wait it. Good luck with your guide!

Okay, I think your guide has more downsides than good ones right now, so I have some suggestions for you.

1. Someone above already covered the runes, so I'm not gonna talk about it.
2. The masteries, ok, you like offense, but you're losing too much utility like that, at least show other options for people who don't want to take the same path as you. As Thresh is often on the middle of the team fight, 21 or 16 points in defense is really good, but if you really insist on offense, you could maybe go 9/7/14 masteries to try to balance, utility, defense and offense.
3. You could talk about ignite as well, thresh already have a lot of CC, so if there is no major threat like Zed, Renekton or Jax, Ignite is a really good spell for securing kills and being more offensive.
4. Maxing your hook first makes you able to land them more often than you would, this is important against Morgana for example, her Black Shield has almost the same cooldown as your hook, if you max it first you can land more hooks while she won't be able to shield them.
5. Also on the skills, you could show other path, if you need to be more defensive, maxing shield first is also really good.
6. Taking Flay at lvl 1 doesn't have a lot of utility, you need to get very close to the enemy to use it, and if you lvl it because of the damage on AA, thresh has a low range, so you might be in risk trying to AA all the time. Death Sentence at lvl 1 can help securing first blood or help an invade, while Dark Passage at lvl 2 can help you escape an early gank. To me, Flay only needs a point at lvl 3.
7. Hm, I think as a support you should buy items that helps your team instead of selfish items for your own benefit like Warmog's Armor, if you want health, Randuin's Omen has an active that can help on team fights. Mikael's Blessing is also a nice choice for helping your team.

I think that is what I have to say for now.

I'm actually editing in an optional build path option right now for more paths. I realised that I only really built this based on what I do rather than what other options there are. I hope that once it's edited It can be a much better guide.

Greater Quintessence of Armor + Greater Seal of Health > Greater Quintessence of Health + Greater Seal of Armor, mathematically. Besides, maxing out Q is an option - staright until level 9 or after putting two or three points into E.
Further, you use the wrong coding for Runes because it doesn't show the Tier 3 Runes and imo the pictures you use are in nearly every chapter are wa too big and due to this pixelated.
Again, I suggest you to use columns like this:

You want to max your hook last, as if you were to max it early on it would be really costly when it comes to your mana. As long as you can land a hook, you really don't need to max this until later on.
