your should deffently get your R and E WAY sooner then when you do. just get your E at level 4 and use it to last hit. and get your ult to help you get that first turret down

Hybrid penetration for auto attacks. You auto attack even when you don't have enrage.
Still my skill order helps snowball really harder.

hybrid penetration for enrage, but you dont take enrage until level 11? the logic is real. what about all of the hp you could have stacked before level 11? again, the logic is real

1. Not gonna win lane by sustaining, you push the other guy out.
2. E only if they are melee.

6. Nope definitely no. Flash on AP sion can't be replaced by anything else. Ignite is for more kill potential in lane in order to snowball.

Several mistakes:

1. You want to have ultimate leveled at least once for sustain
2. You want to have E leveled at least once to last hit easier and get the bonus
3. W max is way more efficient than leveling Q
4. Rushing deathfire grasp is much better than straight up rabadon's.
5. Mejaj's should never really be picked, especially not last
6. Sion does have usage for other summoners like teleport.

Not at all. It heals for a % of the damage you deal with autos. Which is inexistent. The only reason would be if the enemy team is 4 melee imobile people and an adc. This way your ult would help do more with auto attacks. It is only good for towers and drakes/barons. Maybe at level 12 the earliest point, but still no.
