Oh god Ryze.

That's really almost non-negotiable, it makes you semi-tanky and gives your spells lots of damage and cooldown. Frozen Heart+Overload passive+9/0/21 masteries give you 39% CDR. Of course, I actually prefer Sagasu's build now that goes 9/7/14 to get Strength of Spirit - it's still really strong, considering how obscenely high Ryze's mana gets to. For the last item, I'd definitely say Abyssal Scepter, unless you got Merc Treads, in which case buy Void Staff. With Scepter, you're reaching over 140 magic resist. Or if you don't need the magic penetration, get a Rylai's, since you can spam your spells so much.[/quote]
