Selfie (one of the best european mids) seems to disagree with you. Not saying it's a must buy, but it's definitely a good item in certain situations.
You decided to publish an
That being said, if you want this to be a serious guide you gotta be prepared to put some effort into it. I'll bring you around the basics for coding your guide.
If they ARE using your guide and you don't list it as an item to use, then they won't use it.
If you really have to list items not to use, then at least just list items that players might accidentally build on a regular basis, like
Also,
As an example, the note for Heimerdinger matchup specifies that you shouldn't jump onto him, because he'll just combo this. Not every player might realise that jumping on Heim is a bad idea at first - "Hey, he's on half HP and is squishy, I can kill him if I jump on him!" *gets full combo'd*
Also, people shouldn't blindly follow guides to the letter. I'll edit the intro to specify that...
Also cleaned up some stuff and added notes.

Edit:
Remove the "don't build these" as well. Items that you don't build don't belong anywhere on your guide anyway. They're also pretty random,

I'm pretty sure that an Athene's rush Ahri will always do more than one who ever bought a Muramana or Ohmwhrecker. And no, I don't need any testing or proof to make that assessment.
Bonus Round: Seems like you just kinda threw EVERY single item that could possibly maybe but not really be even the slightest bit useful on Ahri in case of a rainy day. You should really cut back to like a max of 4-6 items that deviate from the core build. When you realistically going to build half that ****?
I did put, in the very first line for the notes of that section, "In most cases, you neither need nor want to build any of these items."
I assumed that people would read that. I don't advocate buying any of the items in that section except in very very fringe cases, honestly the same goes for half the stuff in "Defensive Items".
I added a note for that section to clarify, in any case.

It's kinda odd because you're essentially saying
That's because it is on Ahri in 97% of cases, especially after its nerfs. You don't need the mana regen from it if you're even slightly competent at mana management and double Doran's rings is more than enough even if you are, and the amount MR it gives is negligible now. The recent buffs to Ahri's Q mana cost only solidified this. If you buy Athene's on Ahri, you're just gimping yourself, especially if you rush it.
