Also WW is supposed to be more tankier so for masteries i would choose 0/21/9 (taking MS, faster recall CDR on summoners and longer buff duration for early jungling and better heal pots in utility)
Your items are really bad. Ravenous Hydra and Bloodthirster are not worth buying at all. My final build example would be:
Mercury's Threads Feral Flare Blade of the Ruined King Sunfire Aegis Spirit Visage Frozen Mallet And some situational: Frozen Heart(when enemies got %hp like vayne,vi) Randuin's Omen(againts heavy AA like irelia, draven) Wit's End(when u dont need more then 2 tanky items) Thornmail(against full AD team, yasuo mid) Ninja Tabi(same as thornmail).
You should max Hungering Strike for faster clears before you get MADSTONE combination.
Put some images about jungling and ganking route and warding places. Put some more details and make section explaining more about items runes and masteries in different situations. Try to play a lot of games with experimenting in build to see what fits best.
You forgot to mention when jungling to always take camps in line and start bottom lane for best leash.
So path would be:
-blue side - Red-Wraiths-Wolfs-Blue-Wrait-Golems-Wraith-Wolf-Wrait-Golems-Wraiths-Wolfs-Wrait...
-purple side - Blue-Wrait-Wolfs-Wraiths-Red-Golems-Wrait-Wolfs-Wraiths-Gollems...
As WW isnt fastest jungler you will have feral around 13-15 min(while with udyr/shyvana 10-11) and with WW you probably gank every time u got ult.
Try to add some of suggested things and you will earn my upvote.
SORRY for long text, I hope it was worth writing it. :D
Your guide is too chunky and is kind of uninformative in a sense that you didn't cover much of your items, spells, skill sequence etc. Your playstyle in different stages of the game is there, but you need to go in-depth on the aforementioned parts.
Opinion on the build: What about Wit's End?
A bit of coding would be nice tbh :)
